For example, if you are sick, you would want to state – “I choose to experience a healthy body, mind, and spirit.” or if you are unhappy, you would state – “I choose to experience happiness in many ways and I will purposefully look for it in all things.” Then do as the picture tells you…. she took a deep breath……
