Not feeling well today or have you been feeling unhealthy for quite some time now?  If you answered yes to this question, it is understandable.  We have been brainwashed for so many years by public health programs and commercial statements through various media.  Specific symptoms of various diseases are mentioned and we are told to examine the body with those symptoms in mind.  This includes statements about diseases for which an individual has no symptoms but is cautioned that these disastrous physical events may be happening despite the individual’s feelings of good health.  This is how religious, scientific and cultural beliefs create fear and how the blueprints of diseases, in which a person finds a specific focus, believes it (at any level of consciousness) and states, “Oh of course, I feel tired, anxious, and hurt all over since I have such and such disease.”  The breast cancer suggestions associated with self-examinations have caused more deaths than the treatments have cured.  The reason for this is that they involve intense meditation of the body, and adverse imagery that itself alone affects the cells of the body.  Public health announcements about high blood pressure raise the blood pressure of millions of television viewers, causing them to seek medication.  Our current ideas of “preventative medicine”, generate the very kind of fear that causes disease. The requirement that everyone carry health insurance makes one sick as they anticipate having to use their insurance.  They all undermine the individual’s sense of health by increasing stress, all while offering the body a specific and detailed disease plan to follow and accept as reality.  But more than this, they operate to increase the individual sense of alienation from the body, and to promote a sense of powerlessness and duality. Medical commercials that offer relief through a product, actually promote the condition through suggestion, thereby generating a need for the product itself.

Times are changing and we as humans must remember our powerful and wonderful abilities which include the health of our minds and bodies.  The best advice I can give to everyone is:

1.  reaffirm your health on a daily basis

2.  give gratitude for your health on a daily basis

3.  be careful of the literature you read, the television programs and commercials you watch

4.  stop worrying about health insurance and the requirement for it will go away

5.  learn to focus on positive health

6.  practice healing yourself with little things like when you get a headache or have a sinus infection and know that you can heal yourself of anything.  You get what you focus on.

7.  stop allowing the brainwash – that you need antibiotics to kill infections, winter time is flu season time, winter time is cold time, etc.

Begin to change your ideas about yourself and learn your abilities, grow your consciousness, step out of the normal or ordinary “you” and focus on yourself – be selfish, dance with your health and don’t let anyone steal it from you.

    I’ve been working with my DNA, which I’ll tell you something about later. Still, I had a little setback today in recovery from my recent illness that everybody’s got. Did I over do? The ceiling trap door fell open and I breathed in the dust. Was it that? I don’t know, but there are no accidents, either. I’m going to keep working with my DNA. Meanwhile, I’m sorry I didn’t finish my writing.
