The reason you have to love YOURSELF is because it is impossible to feel good if you don’t love YOU. When you feel bad about yourself, you are blocking all the love and all the good that the Universe has for you. If you need to, try taking little steps to loving yourself. You can start by writing down one positive attribute of yourself at the beginning of each new day. Review your list at the end of each week for 2 consecutive months. At the end of the 2 months, review the entire list to see how many wonderful attributes you possess.
