When you look at yourself in a mirror and feel bad about your body, you emit a certain bad vibration that is very powerful. This bad feeling will only continue to attract more bad feelings about your body. Thus, you will end up criticizing your body and you will soon begin looking for more and more faults with your body and when you do this, believe me, you will find more faults which will lead to more weight gain.
Instead, begin where you are by looking in the mirror and instead of looking for fat and ugliness, try looking for something positive about your body. Perhaps you have soft and supple skin, no wrinkles, your body is strong, the height of your body is perfect, you have the perfect nose, you have beautiful hair, you have large pretty eyes, etc. Begin to praise and bless every square inch of your body. Think about all the perfect things about you. As you think perfect thoughts, as you feel good about you, you are on the frequency of your perfect weight, and you are summoning a perfect body.
It takes time to change bad habits so continue talking to and loving your body and in no time at all it will begin to respond to your love and attention and it will begin to shape itself into the body you desire.
