I Make the Best of Every Situation

“Do you know what you are wanting? Are you enjoying the evolution of your desire? Do you like that fresh, new feeling of a new desire just hatched; the awareness that there is something more to move toward, even before it is manifested? Do you still like that?

That is the most significant question, and your coming to a confident answer of yes is a most significant thing for you, because when you have reached the place where a new, unfulfilled desire feels life-giving to you, then you have completely reconnected with who you really are.

When there is something that you desire and it has not yet manifested, and you cannot yet see the path through which it will manifest, and you are discouraged, then you are forgetting that you are an Eternal Being and that you never get it done. But when there is a new, unfulfilled desire, and instead of torturing you with its absence, instead it calls you with its idea–then you are Source Energy, physically embodied, and right on track.

So often, our physical friends feel frustration in their unachievement of something, as if once it manifests, then everything will be better. And while we do agree that it is fun to manifest, and we wish for you that your every desire be fulfilled, we want to remind you that when each desire is fulfilled, many more will be newly hatched.

And when you finally relax and accept that you and we are all Eternal Beings, and that we never get it done, then sometimes, perhaps if you will let it, it will take the sting out of what is not fulfilled. When you are no longer feeling uncomfortable about what is not fulfilled, but are satisfied with what-is, while you are eagerly reaching for more, now you are in the perfect vibrational stance to allow steady fulfillment of ever-evolving new ideas.

When you stand in your place, observing what-is, and letting what-is be primarily the reason, or the basis, for the vibration that you offer, what-is cannot change, because your vibration is only about what-is.

Law of Attraction says, that which is like unto itself is drawn. So, if you stand in an awareness that you don’t have enough money, and you talk about it and you feel around it, and you perpetuate a continuing vibration of not enough money, even though you’re asking for more, and even though you may be offering action which should accommodate more–more cannot come because it is vibrationally different from the vibration that you are usually offering.

And so, an attitude of satisfaction about what-is, an attitude of making the best of what-is while you are eagerly anticipating an evolution of what-is–that’s the perfect vibrational stance.

Optimism brings you so much; pessimism keeps it from coming. Eagerness brings you so much; disappointment keeps it from coming. Happy anticipation brings you so much; discouragement keeps it from coming. Joy and love and appreciation brings you so much, while anger and depression and fear keep it from coming.

Now, those emotions don’t actually keep it from coming. They are just indicators that while you feel that way–it’s not coming. In other words, your emotions are your indicator of what you are doing with your vibrational mix. Emotions are indicators of your Vibrational mix.

So, the happier you are, the more you are allowing who you really are and what you really want to come. The more unhappy you are, the more you are resisting it.

We call this gathering the Art of Allowing as compared to the art of resisting. In other words, allowing your connection with who you are, allowing the receiving of what you’ve been asking for. And the easiest way to hear “Allowing” is, letting in the good stuff–letting in what is naturally Well-Being, and what is naturally yours.

Sometimes when we talk about Allowing, people misunderstand and they think that Allowing means finding something unwanted and just putting up with it–allowing whatever is to be, and not fussing over it. That isn’t what we mean by Allowing at all. By Allowing, we mean, finding, through choosing thought, things that feel good when you think them, and practicing those kinds of thoughts that feel good, so often, that they become the dominant vibrational proclivity within you. In other words, you just practice it until it’s easiest to go there.

The Art of Allowing, is deliberately choosing thoughts that feel good, with an ear to how the thought feels as it evolves within you. The Art of Allowing, is wanting so much to feel good, that whether you are perusing the past or the present, or the future, you’re deliberately looking for the best-feeling thought that you can find. And as you choose the best-feeling thought and practice it until it becomes a sort of natural feeling within you, then more and more of that which you want flows to you.

There is not a source of illness and there is not a source of poverty, and there is not a source of darkness. You know that. You don’t say, “The sun came up this morning and brought the light, and the blob came up tonight and brought the darkness.” You understand that there is a Source that can be muted or resisted, or disallowed, and that’s how it is with Well-Being. Well-Being is natural to you.

Comparatively speaking, proportionately speaking, Well-Being is so huge and the lack of it is so small. So how does lack of Well-Being get such a foothold in anyone’s experience? It all has to do with the vibrational airtime you give it. In other words, the more you look for reasons to feel good, the more you find the vibration of that. And the more you find the vibration of that, the more Law of Attraction brings you other things that match it. Haven’t you noticed that sometimes you can get on a positive roll? And haven’t you noticed that sometimes you can get on a negative roll? When you get focused upon something that doesn’t feel good–Law of Attraction will bring you more things like it.

As humans become more observers and less deliberate thinkers, then you can get more of what-is and less of what you are wanting. In other words, most people offer a tremendous amount of their vibrational outpouring in response to what they are observing. And that’s why you want so much to control the circumstances around you. When you look at circumstances that make you feel good, it feels good. When you look at circumstances that don’t make you feel good, it doesn’t feel good. And then you say, “We’ve got to do something about controlling these circumstances. We need more laws. We need more rules. We need to contain the others. We need more parental guidance. We need more governmental control. We need more protection against this and this, and this.”

And what we want you to realize, is that there is no protection against a vibration that you achieve, because Law of Attraction says, that which is like unto itself is drawn. So, if you look at that thing that you want, often, and you talk about it, and you say yes to it, then you achieve vibrational harmony with it–and it must come into your experience.

But when you look at that thing that you don’t want, and you shout no at it, it must come into your experience, because this is a Universe based upon attraction–it is all about inclusion. There is no exclusion in an attraction-based Universe.

Every time you spend time looking at something unwanted, you just practice the vibration that attracts it to you. That’s why diseases get worse after diagnosis, usually, for awhile, until somebody convinces you that there is a remedy that you can focus upon.

Our encouragement to you is that you make a decision today and practice it every day from now on, that says: I am one who makes the best of every situation.

When you are making the best of something, no matter how bad it is, it’s got to get better. And as it gets a little better, and you still make the best of it, it’s got to get better. And as it’s still not very good, but you’re making the best of it–it’s got to get better.

Sometimes, you catch yourself deliberately making the worst of something, and exaggerating your problem. And we know where you got that. When you were little, you had to plead a pretty needy case to your parents who appeared to be the vortex through which all your Well-Being came. And when you said, “I really want something,” their answer was often, “But you don’t need that. ” And so, you developed, very carefully, deliberately calculated patterns of expressing need to those that you believed were the givers of the goods. “I neeeed it! See how I’m suffering without it?” And we say, it might have worked a little bit with your parents as you eked out a mediocre improved life, but it does not work with the Universe that has the ability to grant all desires.

Whatever it is you are achieving vibrational harmony with is what you are living. If you ever want to know what the vibrational content of your outpouring is, just look at the manifesting around you, because the manifesting around you is always a perfect Vibrational Match to the vibration that is dominant within you.

You are here because you are wanting to really be Deliberate Creators. And we want you to know that a Deliberate Creator is really a deliberate feeler. A Deliberate Creator is one who says, “I want so much to feel good, because when I feel good, I’m in alignment with that which is my Source.” A Deliberate Creator does not demand that circumstances change so that you can have a better-feeling response to the circumstances. A Deliberate Creator says, “I will choose–from what seems to be available–the very best-feeling thought, past, present or future, that I can find, and I will fixate on it until it becomes the reason for my vibrational offering. And I know that Law of Attraction will then accumulate around that vibrational offering. And then, I will reach for the better thought and the better thought, and the better thought.” And what you will discover is that there is always a better thought.

There is always an even-happier thought than the happy thought you’re thinking now. There is always even a better feeling–your capacity to achieve a better feeling is unlimited.

Source expands to the desire that is produced within you. So you said, “I love the idea of going forth into this physical time-space-leading-edge-reality on Planet Earth. I love the idea of the variety that is there. I love the idea of all of the others that I will co-create with. And together, we will, for one another, stimulate new ideas–new ideas that have never been before unto all of the Universe. And with each new idea that is born, I know that Source has the resources to flood to my new idea. All I have to do is flow with my new idea, too.”

So, you stand in this place where contrast produces a desire within you–an unfulfilled desire–a desire that has not yet been manifested. And if you will, in the moment of the new, fresh desire being born, turn your attention to the new idea and think about how it will be, and feel the refreshment of the new idea, then Source flows through you and to you, through you and to you, through you and to you, in this life-giving format. But if the contrast stimulates you to the new idea, and then you stand where you are, looking at where you stand, and you say, “Oh, I want this new thing, but look where I stand in relationship to it. I feel so far from this new thing that I want.” Now you’re beating the drum of what-is. And when you beat the drum of what-is, you are vibrationally resistant to the new idea.

So, the Art of Allowing is about recognizing the fresh, newness of the new idea, and as quickly as possible achieving vibrational alignment with the new idea. Deliberate Creating at its best.

Every time you practice the beating of the drum of something desired–Law of Attraction brings it closer. But every time you beat the drum of what-is, Law of Attraction holds it to you. There is much about your life that you want to keep–So beat those drums. There is much in your life you want to keep–So beat those drums.

Every day we hear Jerry and Esther talking about the perfection of their life. On and on and on, and on, they go. They have a motor coach that they travel in that delights them so much, because it is home away from home but always feeling as if they are home, and they talk about how wonderful it is over and over and over, and over. Anyone not understanding, listening to them, would think they had gone mad as they recount to one another how lovely this is, and how good thaat is, and how much they appreciate this.

When you find things that you appreciate and you use them as your point of focus, your world has to get better on all other fronts.

You could have 99 things going wrong in your life and one thing going right, and if you would beat the drum of that one thing going right, the other 99 would either have to go away, or improve, because Law of Attraction cannot abide in your vibration something that does not match.

You cannot feel good and be sick at the same time. You cannot appreciate something and blame something at the same time.

As you begin to practice, with a deliberate orientation, your vibration that feels good while you practice it, your life has to get better–Law of Attraction says that it must.”

Allow Your Dreams to Manifest

The Law of Attraction states that you get what you place thought on or focus on.  So to begin with, it’s important to control your thoughts.  But there is more to it than thinking about something and having it manifest.  You must believe in that which you think about.  A belief is a thought that is thought about over and over until there is no doubt in it.  So when you have your belief deeply rooted, you begin to place emotions behind the fact that what you are thinking and believing is real.  When you truly belief something and focus on that something for a good amount of time, give gratitude for it, it has no other choice but to manifest into your experience.  The law is quite simple and at times we often make it more difficult than necessary.  We manifest our thoughts continuously without awareness because that is how we Humans are made….. we are Master Creators.  If you don’t believe you hold this great gift of manifesting, I would encourage you to deliberately create something you are really, really wanting by doing the following exercise:

1.  What do you want?  Think about it.

2.  When you have decided, focus on it for 20 seconds. Visualize yourself with what you want.

3.  Believe without doubt that you have it.  This is where the “knowing” comes in.

4.  Put forth the emotions/feelings of how you would feel if you really did have it.  Conjure up all those wonderful happy feelings inside you and burst with excitement.

5.  Give gratitude to the Universe for providing it to you.

6.  Claim it as yours even if you do not see it.

7.  Get on and stay on your happy cloud.

8.  Allow the Universe to bring it in whatever way they see as most appropriate.  Do not expect it to come in a certain manner or force circumstances to arrange for it to come.  This is the Universe’s part.

9.  Now let go of your expectations and trust completely that it will come into your experience.

You are a Master Creator and you are so deserving of all good things.  Every day appreciate life in general, yourself and the wonders of Source and the Universe.  Allow your dreams to manifest.

Discounting Your Feelings?

Most people at one time or another discount certain feelings based on inherent or taught beliefs. However, it is better to stop discounting your feelings and give them the attention they deserve. Hold on to those you feel you need and let go of the ones that no longer serve your best interest. Examine them as they are there to teach you something.  You have every right to feel the way you do. Your feelings may not always be logical, but they are always valid. Because if you feel something, then you feel it and it’s real to you. It’s not something you can ignore or wish away. In order to find peace, you have to give yourself permission to feel whatever it is you feel. You have to let go of what you’ve been told you “should” or “shouldn’t” feel. You have to drown out the voices of people who try to shame you into silence. You have to listen to the sound of your own breathing and honor the truth inside you. Because despite what you may believe, you don’t need anyone’s validation or approval to feel what you feel. Your feelings are inherently right and true. They’re important and they matter — you matter — and it is more than okay to feel what you feel. Don’t let anyone, including yourself, convince you otherwise. Just remember that feelings placed behind thought will manifest. ~Kathyann

Coffee Time – Seth on Responsibility

Seth is an essence who channeled through Jane Roberts beginning in the ’60s through the mid-’80s. Many books have been written on his messages and I would encourage you if you have not read them to please do so. His messages are life-changing – well, only if you want them to be – it’s your choice. Below is quote that caught my attention and one that I felt important to share with you.

Seth: “All of you have but one responsibility and that responsibility is to the self. Not necessarily to the self as you know it but to the whole self. It is your responsibility, you see, to develop all your abilities. It is your responsibility to materialize within your own system your own potentials.”

“I am no beady-eyes spirit. I am no granddaddy longlegs of the spirit world. I have simply lived before within your system and on your planet. Unless you have read the material, it does me little good to go deeply into any specific problems or questions, since you will not have the background for this. The only message I can give you clearly is that you must develop your own abilities. You must probe into the intuitive self, for you will find much knowledge there. Books will help you, but the greater knowledge is buried within the layers of the self. You all have abilities, and you all have liabilities. Both of these come from experiences in other lives. The inner portions of your personality know the details of your lives. The abilities that you have now have been developed in other lives. Those problems which you cannot solve on a psychic and mental level, you will have to solve in the physical system.”

Woman under the pierEssentially, if you are unhappy, lonely, no where to go, no friends or friends not worth keeping, no money, no home to call your own, no way to make money, sick, fearful, angry, feel others are responsible for your misfortunes, bitter, hateful, tired of life, addicted to negative habits, etc., etc., it is time to take a really good and long look inside yourself. The answers to your life – not someone else’s life – are inside you and only you can fish them out. Meditation is the primary road to travel there. It might take you time to get there but you will get there with practice. After you receive your answers, you will then be responsible for creating them into your life. Simply do what you are told and place complete belief and conviction behind the fact that they will manifest and your life will unfold the way you want it. One of your main purposes in this life is to remember how to create responsibly. You are an off-shoot of the Master Creator so creation is what you know very well, you simply need to remember and work hard at creating the best possible. If you can be happy, why would you choose to be sad? ~ Much peace and happiness to you, Kathyann.

Master Creator

woman wandererYour soul decided to incarnate to Earth’s physical plane as it knew it would be the best for your evolution.  Now being a Human here on Earth, you are given free will or free to create your life as you are a Master Creator. Once here on Earth, we often become pulled down by the dramas that we create as we walk the road of life.  Yes, believe it or not, you create the drama.  At times, during these dramas in our lives, we feel stuck and feel that we can’t move on or accomplish our goals.
Instead of feeling you have to go through life and simply accept whatever comes your way, try remembering that you created what you are dealing with, good and bad and if you created it, you can un-create it.
Every time you focus on something, you give it power to remain.  So instead of focusing and giving power to things in your life your prefer not to experience, simply remove your focus from it.
It is so important to first discover what you want and to really determine this, you will need to concentrate on your Heart where you Higher Self resides.  When I say what you really want, I mean what you know you need for soul evolution which should always be your main desire or want.  Your Higher Self is where you will find the right answers to all you are dealing with.  Keep your thinking clear, pure, and sincere. There is no fooling the Higher Self so make sure your desire and gratitude are heart-felt. Spend time in meditation and wait for the answers to come your way.  Also, throughout the day, you will receive messages from your Higher Self so please learn to attune your perception to receive the messages.  Perceiving is more than seeing, it also includes feeling, sensing, and hearing.  
You were told to come here and live in total bliss, and no matter what you have done, you deserve to be happy. Whatever you desire so long as it does not hurt anyone or anything, you may have.
Use your Master Creator powers wisely.  Focus, focus, focus and learn to control your mind or thoughts because thoughts create reality.  Stop allowing unwanted circumstances to control your life – learn to control the circumstances.  If you don’t want them, don’t give attention to them.
Chose the road you will travel carefully and remember you have the power to create all good things in life. ~ Kathyann.

Coffee Time – Intention to Transform and Create

Good morning friends!  It’s time for a great cup of coffee so take your pick and let’s sit. Today, we will discuss transforming and creating.  Is there something in your life you would rather not have?  Did you know that you can transform it and create something that you do prefer?  Transforming something is not always easy to do, but it can be done.

Transform – When you are experiencing something in your life you prefer not to experience, it is important not to resist it.  Accept is as a gift from yourself because even if you don’t believe it, you created it.  

It’s the resistance to the way you are experiencing it that makes that experience take longer to change.  Use if for the purpose it is there for, and it will transform into another state more quickly.  In other words, the more you don’t want it to be there, the more it will stick around until you use it for the reason you created it. When you allow it to be alright and acknowledge the reason you created it, it will go away. It will not stick around once it has been used for the reason it was created for.

Create – You must know that everything that you think of already exists and are all co-existing simultaneously.  All you have to do is the process below to bring it into your reality.

First, Imagine/visualize what you do want in your life.  You cannot create something you cannot imagine.  

Second, what you believe to be and completely trust to be so, sets the stage for your particular version of reality. This knowing and trust or believing is the mechanism by which all creation takes place.  All things were created on the basis of belief.  

Third, tune your “antenna” to match the vibration of what you desire in order for it to become reality. Using the analogy of a radio, you use a channel tuner to select & receive any one particular station – out of all the stations that are simultaneously existing all around the radio.  The radio must first vibrate at a particular frequency in order to “receive” the one particular broadcast (from all of the possible simultaneous broadcasts) that happen to be vibrating at that same frequency. Likewise… your beliefs get you vibrating at a unique set of frequencies.  These frequencies then attract, by sympathetic resonance, those holograms vibrating on the same frequencies. Then out from universal matrix of infinite possible holograms, those holograms and symbols that vibrate at the same frequencies your belief, get “pulled out” from this matrix and “received” by you as the actual external physical experiences that you then sense as real – your reality.

Therefore, you must imagine, belief, and feel the reality you prefer as existing in the NOW moment and stay in the NOW moment because the NOW moment is all that exists anyways. Then, it will become tangible in your outer reality.  You must be a responsible creator as well.  Be careful of what you ask for…. make sure it does not harm you or others.

Coffee Time – Two Words

coffee in vintage rose cupGood morning my friends.  I hope you all had a wonderful and restful sleep.  I am right now enjoying a cup of coffee and welcome you to join me.  So grab, your cup and take a seat.  The day is going to  be filled with happiness and lots of things to make us smile but we must first look for them with an open heart to pull them in when we see them.

So, first things first…… Smile.  Yes, I want you to smile even if you don’t want to or everything in your life seems so wrong and it is hard to smile.  Please do it for yourself, just smile.  Think of someone who makes you happy, or think of a time in your life where something happened that was just so funny and then let your smile come out and laugh a little if you want.  It will lift your spirits.  

Okay, now that you have smiled. Did you know there are two words, that when spoken from the heart, have the most unfathomable power to completely change your life.  Two words, that when they cross your lips, will be the cause of bringing absolute joy and happiness to you.  Two words, that will bring miracles into your life, remove negativity, and bring you abundance in all things.  Two words, that when uttered and sincerely felt, will summon all the forces in the universe to move things for you.  Seriously, re-arrange events in life to bring you your desires.  Amazing, huh?  It is amazing and oh so true.  You are loved and treasured beyond all comprehension and you are meant to have a most wonderful life.  Do you want to know what the two words are that are standing between you and the life you are desiring? “Thank you” are the two words.  Seems simple? It is and it isn’t and the reason for this is that we often say thank you without emotion.  Throw some heart-felt power behind those two words and things will begin to change.  Take time every morning and every night to speak those two words to our creator and express what you are thankful for.  Everyone has something to be thankful for and I mean everyone.  Even if you are in the most direst moment of your life, look around you, are you eating, are you clothed, do you have a friend, do you have a pet, do you have a roof over your head, can your eyes see, can you walk without the aid of a wheelchair, can you still remember……  What if you lost your eyesight, couldn’t walk anymore, had nowhere to live, didn’t have food, lost your memory?  I could go on and on with this, but the short end of this, is that we all have something to say “thank you” for.

Spend some time thinking about all you have to say “thank you” for.  Think about how you would feel if you didn’t have the things you do have and then really give heart-felt gratitude for them and changes will happen.  Most important of all, the universe cannot be fooled – if you are not 100% sincere with your gratitude, it will know. Then put on a smile and share your smile with others.

Heart-Felt Vibrations

pink heart cloudThere is no need to attempt to manifest something you want or desire…… every thought that has ever been thought already exists.  All there is, already exists – so there is no manifesting involved.  The secret is working on getting your vibrations up to speed so you can SEE ALL that exists is really all around you and waiting for you.  So stop waiting for your desire, it is all around you and is waiting on you to increase your HEART- felt vibrations and make it a part of your world.
